Yep. That made alot of us really mad. It's so obviously false.

Exactly. The GPL explicitly prevents limitations. The GPL and
limitations like "this software may not be used by terrorists planning
to attack the United States" or "this software may not be used in
abortion clinics" are incompatible. Stallman decided that allowing any
limitations was simply too dangerous.

SCO has realized it is dying. It is an angry, unthinking, cornered
animal lashing out at anyone that comes near it.
