On December 16, 2003 at 3:00pm Jordan Commons will play Fellowship of the Ring (extended), then The Two Towers (extended), and finally Return of the King. If you think you can sit still that long (what, you don't sit still that long every day in front of a computer?) you might want to go.
Trouble is, only 1500 seats and they are apparently in a hurry to get the tickets off their hands. They go on sale at 9am this coming Thursday. Jordan commons will allow us to stand in line beginning 9am on Tuesday (Oct 7), and one person will be able to buy 6 tickets. In order to facilitate the allocation of shifts, I have set up a medium-tech solution: http://uug.byu.edu/~fugalh/cgi-bin/kwiki/ It's kwiki because kwiki was kwik. There's no concurrency so all you first posters take a random delay before rushing off to edit the page, or you may have to edit twice. Otherwise there should be no troubles. -- Hans Fugal | De gustibus non disputandum est. http://hans.fugal.net/ | Debian, vim, mutt, ruby, text, gpg http://gdmxml.fugal.net/ | WindowMaker, gaim, UTF-8, RISC, JS Bach --------------------------------------------------------------------- GnuPG Fingerprint: 6940 87C5 6610 567F 1E95 CB5E FC98 E8CD E0AA D460
