Ssh from C to B.  Ssh from B to A, setting up a tunnel from some port on A to
port 22 on C.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ssh b.us
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ssh -R 1337:c.us:22 a.us
[EMAIL PROTECTED] scp -p 1337 foo localhost:  #Connects to c
