Better yet just grab the free removal tool from symantec <http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/FixWelch.exe>.
Don't forget to patch your system or you'll get infected as soon as it's removed again.
While it's scanning head on over to The Register and read this article <http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/56/33226.html> on why it _isn't_ necessarily true that Linux will some day suffer the same virus plague when it finally achieves desktop dominance.

if you want to avoid icky anti-virus software, you can just delete the worm files themselves. they are found in /windows/system32/wins one is rundllhost.exe and the other is svchost.exe. i apologize if this is common knowledge.
