Not according to my experiments. After a few test runs, I came to the
conclusion that they're even EVILLER than Walmart, because they try to fool
students into thinking they're a bargain store by looking like a warehouse,
providing poor service, and filling the place with minute, swirling dust. I
always seemed to pay less for an equivalent load of foods from WM. There are
many that claim that F4L was definitely cheaper, and after further
observation it became apparent to me that they were cheaper for SOME THINGS
that have their prices commonly compared, but if you go on a real shopping
trip the other, abnormally expensive things you grab without checking the
price make up for the cheap things, with a net result that you buy low
quality food that is also more expensive than WalMart's.
