Oh, and I object to your definition of a "good" Web site. A good Web
site is an easy to use, accessible site. Its markup validates, and it
keeps content separated from presentation. It uses the correct tag for
the situation. A popular site can be lousy but have great content.

BTW, Web should be capitalized. (Man, sometimes I really hate this
English stuff. Coding is so much easier and less arbitrary.)
