Au contraire. The first time they did this I was in a class that
required you to do the online ratings. The professor knows who has and
hasn't done the online evaulation, just doesn't know who says what.

Sad thing is, the only time I've really felt like I could offer true
constructive feedback is in small enough classes where you get to know
the professor a little bit, and he you. And of course he can tell who
you are just by the way you write - doesn't even need your handwriting.
If I ever (even in a big class) have some really bad things to say I
will probably have voiced my opinion in class already as well, and it
wouldn't be too much of a stretch to figure it out.
