[uug] A couple questions for GTK+ (preferrably gtkmm) programmers

Are questions like these off topic?

I was wondering if anyone has used (is it possible) gtkmm to create 
programs for Windows?  I know that GTK+ is cross-platform, but is gtkmm?

If so, are libglade and libglademm also cross platform? 

Does anyone have any experience in writing Windows programs with these 
technologies?  It would be nice if I didn't have to use QT (QT is great, 
but the license isn't quite as nice as GTK+'s) to write Windows apps.
