Is SCO acting in violation of the GPL? If they are, can they still legally distribute a package including GPL products?
I'm wondering if SCO can be reported to the Business Software Alliance. I saw an ad for the BSA, and thought "Hey, why not?" and started to fill it out, identifying SCO as a distributor of products for which they didn't have a license, but when I realized that I didn't have their address I started to wonder. Is their product legally distributable at the moment?
