I'm looking for a lightweight utility to render pdf files as text files. I would like to use it to quickly view (the textable part of) pdf attachments in mutt without using X.
I would love something that is to pdf as lynx is to html, but I would settle for some type of pdf2text utility. And of course it should be free... Any ideas?
