I have used Boa Constructor
(http://boa-constructor.sourceforge.net/) and it's
very good, it even has a GUI builder for wxWindows. I
also hear that Eric3
(http://www.die-offenbachs.de/detlev/eric3.html) is
pretty good if you want to go the QT route. BTW, both
are native python IDEs.
