Actually, filtering on the List-Post header is the best way, as Von stated. As far as addressing your concerns with why you think you need a reply to:

I know it's been mentioned before, but here it is. I used to feel the same as you when I first joined a list without reply-to munging. It bit me a few times where I had to go back and resend my message to the whole list.
But as it states in the article, which is worse: the annoyance of having to resend your message, or the damage of accidentally sending a message to the list which was intended for a sole recipient?
It's not hard to reply to just the list. Simply "Reply To All" (or similar functionality with different name in whatever client you use) and then remove the extra address. It's not that difficult. You have to get used to it, but it doesn't take that long. At this point, the only annoying part for me is remembering which lists use which method. If all were to remove the Reply-To munging it'd be fine with me.
