I only realized that it was a verbatim article from Richard Stallman
after Richard Esplin pointed it out to me.  As much we as we all have
strong opinions about Stallman and his philosophies, we have to admit
that here again he is right again.  I think the text of the article,
although Stallman's ideas, is written by one of the EFF's lawyers
(Lessig or Moglen), so it's very well detailed and logically put forth.

Sometimes I wonder if God can in fact work through the most unlikely
people (Stallman being one).

Looks like he certainly worked well through the Founding Fathers.
