I know this is still a ways off, but we'll be having club elections in
mid-April. If you're interested in being the next club President (or VP,
or Secretary, or Webmaster, or Sys Admin), now's the time to start
thinking about it.
This is especially directed at younger members of the club. Last fall I was worried about the number of young people involved in the club, but we've had a lot of new blood join us since then. In fact, about 50% of the people helping at the installfest were people I consider newer members ("new" compared to someone like... Stuart).
Remember, you don't have to be an uber-geek to plan an activity. :-)
How does one go about doing this? Do you just nominate yourself or do you have to get an article on Slashdot :) In all seriousness, I'd be interested in doing what I can to help the community grow and have fun doing it.
