[uug] OSS cross platform image organizer

I'm looking for a OSS program that will let my wife and I organize our 
photos by folder, and view/organize them easily. She runs Win XP, I 
dual boot (Yellow Dog) Linux and Mac OS 10.2.8. The pictures will be on 
a firewire disk. I can't find any programs that are multi platform, but 
I'm sure it's just because I don't know where to look.
Any recomendations?
