I've been reading SCOs Second Amended Complaint and IBMs Answer on Groklaw (see http://www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20040402014813843), so this email will be "Andrew's Answer to SCO++'s Whiny Complaint."

SO place your votes and bring > down the future dictator, Andrew, and let his minions be freed of his > evil ways! Denies the averments of paragraph 4. GENERAL DENIAL Andrew denies each averment in the whiny complaint that is not specifically admitted herein. AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES 1. By taking upon himself SCO's name, SCO++ is a menace and threat to the club. 2. SCO++ has Windows on his computer. 3. SCO++ launched a deliberate assault against the UUG by creating an "April Fools Day" web page mocking our honorable president, Evan. 4. SCO++ has paid people like Stuart to try to create fake accounts for improper voting. 5. SCO++ has yet to quote the Simpsons in his election campaign. 6. SCO++ has developed secret plans to reignite the club name debate and to force us to become the SUG.
