Well, you could always edit your iptables ruleset to accomplish what
you'd like.  On that note, you could also code your own SSL layer in
assembler...

FWBuilder.org looks promising.  But learning iptables will probably
make you a happier person many years down the road.  Shorewall is
supposed to be neat, too, but I never took the time to figure it out
(although it has been apt-gotten at some point in the past on my
machine).
