Well, the frustrating thing was that he said he could set-up the printer
and print to it, but nothing would come out and the jobs would remain
there in the queue.  Maybe the dude who set up the network initially
tightened it down so this strange new addition to the network (my pa's
laptop) wasn't allowed to use the printer?  In the end, it's hard to
debug stuff over the phone.
