[uug] Motion for another "Be On-topic And Flameless On The Mailing List"

While I enjoy the OT threads, I am always sorry to see people leave the 
list. I am generally of the opinion that more people is usually better.

I recall not too terribly long ago we had a "Be On-topic And Flameless 
On The Mailing List" day:

Which had a nice pleasant effect (I thought) on the list.

Therefore, I make a motion to have another or to perhaps make it a 
periodic thing (once a semester?).

<:-)> If we wanted to give our dictators more power than they have 
already usurped, then we could always vote them the power to declare 
such a day with only 24 hours notice </:-)>.

Anyway, it might cool off some feelings in the OT arena and re-warm some 
feelings/ideas in the OnT area.

Of course, I am not officially a member, so a real member may need to 
make that motion... :-)
