One of the many less effective ones I've already seen. Two pages of raw text? That might be useful for power users who just can't remember a particular command, but not for newbies. The one I'm creating will be more index-card sized and simply have the most commonly-used commands in a novel, easy-to-use format.

Sorry. But as far as the size is concerned, who's to say you have to print it out on full sheets? I had my printer shrink it down and printed it out on two quarter-sized pieces, cut them out pasted them together and then had them laminated. So I just have a small little laminated reference card.
