[uug] list delay

Is it just me, or is there a severe delay after mail is received by this 
list before it is sent out over email?  I keep getting messages that are 
somewhere in the vicinity of an hour and a half old.  They seem to be 
getting to the archive on the server without much delay, though (at 
least by looking at 
http://uug.byu.edu/pipermail/uug-list/2004-April/date.html).
