Last I knew, it didn't, but if you're a part of the College of Engineering (your address was on ee.byu.edu, so I'm guessing you are), you can have your RouteY email addresses forward to the CAEDM server, and use their IMAP. That's what I do. You can still use BYU's SMTP servers too, it just takes a little more to set up the client.
