Sorry for the double post.
Ok, due to limitations this is how it has to be setup.

I'm connecting to a 64TrueUnix box via Samba ( I think version 1) from a
SUSE 9.0 box.  Every file that I copy over, try to rename, Is forced to
lowercase, when I connect to the same server from a windows machine, no
case problems.

Any suggestions??  I'm guessing that it's a samba client problem, but
don't know.

This is the command I used to connect.

mount -t smbfs -o username=cboweb,password=* //acs2/cboweb/cboint
mnt/oasis2/
