The error you're seeing says that the rpm database doesn't know about ming, because you compiled it from source. It looks like vnc2swf isn't hard to compile by hand, so you might as well do it that way. It's really safer that way with this kind of thing.
You could also force rpm to ignore the fact that it doesn't know about ming, (--no-deps or some such) but you may find that it crashes or doesn't run or something. It really does matter what system the rpm was built for, so if it wasn't built for FC2 you really shouldn't install the rpm anyway.
