The UUG will be having a meeting on MythTV this Thursday. MythTV is a program that lets a Linux box act as a TiVo, with additional features. The presentation will be given by me (Andrew). I was introduced to MythTV at a PLUG Meeting (thanks Brandon) and have had a lot of fun with it over the last few months. The meeting will be in room 340 of the Crabtree Building (just email me if you need more specific directions) at 7:30 pm on Thursday, August 5.
P.S. We would like to know if anyone would volunteer to bring a TV set and show up about ten minutes early. Email me off-list if you would be willing.
