The procedure is exactly the same for FC2 as it was for RH9. The RH9 instructions are here: http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-9-Manual/install-guide/s1-begininstall-net.html I admit I haven't done NFS installation, since I already had an HTTP server handy that required no additional setup beyond dropping the files in a directory under /var/www/html.
