The procedure is exactly the same for FC2 as it was for RH9.  The
RH9 instructions are here:

I admit I haven't done NFS installation, since I already had an HTTP
server handy that required no additional setup beyond dropping the
files in a directory under /var/www/html.  HTTP installs are nice and
fast, too, though :)
