Hello all,

I'm searching for a wiki, or something like unto one, that will fit my needs:

1) The ability to tag pages as "private", meaning that only registered users can view or edit the pages, or "public", meaning that anyone can view the page, but only registered users can edit them.

2) The ability to have user authentication and registered users, preferably in a way so that a user can request an account by clicking a button, entering in their information and desired password, at which point it emails the admin (me) and requires me to approve the account. If I approve the account, it then becomes active for them to use.

3) Preferably uses PHP and MySQL, since I'm running it on a webserver I don't have root on, but other options may be considered.

4) It doesn't have to be fast or small or anything like that. There won't be a lot of users. I do want the markup to be really easy to learn and understand so that non-computer types can edit the pages successfully.

So far I've tried about a dozen different wiki engines, and none of them fit the bill (at least as far as I've been able to configure them). Any suggestions?

 Thanks in advance,
    Ross
