I really don't have much to worry about security-wise, so I can't offer any
advice about configuring the boxen themselves.  You might want to get in
touch with Pegasus Web Technologies.  First, though, confirm that's the
owner of the address you gave us.  I would think that they would be in a
position to pursue this loon and do something about this.  Your logs would
be helpful to them, I'd guess.
