I'm trying to get Mutt to convert my Thai e-mails into Unicode. It can display Unicode Thai fine, but for some reason it's not converting the TIS-620 encoded e-mails into UTF-8. I did send myself a TIS-620 encoded e-mail in Thunderbird which came out okay in Mutt, but nothing from anyone else (most of which is coming from Hotmail or Yahoo) is showing up. I'm not quite sure where to manually specify the encoding conversion (iconv?) -- anybody have any experience with this? I want to use UTF-8 for everything in Mutt and then have it convert incoming messages from whatever encoding they're in into UTF-8, and convert outgoing messages from UTF-8 to the appropriate encoding. That's the theory, at least. :)
