I thought Mike's email was helpful.  He provided 3 aspects of assistance:
1)  Root-of-all-knowledge:  "RTFM".  This is extremely powerful advice.  By
heeding it, one can become self sufficient and gain great amounts of
knowledge.  What's wrong with reading the "fine" manual anyway?
2)  Reference:  Mike provided a web link where the person may gain knowledge
concerning the problem at hand.
3)  Counsel:  "please write something in your Subject".  He didn't even need
to provide this helpful advise but went out of his way to help someone out
just a little more than the average person would.

If you think Mike is acting strangely, don't be surprised.  Just remember,
his heart is human, his blood is boiling and his brain I.B.M.  Domo arigato
Mike, . . . domo arigato.

Whoa now, "STFU"?  Yeah, that's beyond the etiquette of this list.   ;)
