Thanks to Hans for a great presentation last night.  After 14 years
of using vi in one form or another (FreeBSD base, vim, some DOS port,
some Win32 console port, I don't remember what others), it's amazing
how much there still is to learn :)

One question that's come up since last night, for instance: does
(t)csh have anything similar to .inputrc, and particularly to the
vi-style command-line editing?
