It seems to me that when I took CS 142 last year, that
most of us were looking for more of an IDE type
environment like JPAD or JCREATOR than vim. However,
that was in the days before I knew just how cool vim
is. One possibility would be to put together a list
of commands for cool stuff that you can do with Gvim
and put it on the CD. That way the people who don't
know why Vim is a desirable thing to have/use could
get the idea.
