And I would consider it very foolish to entrust my private key to a
lab machine, but I imagine that I value my private key's
confidentiality a little more than most.  From what I hear from my
co-workers' experiences at their schools, lab machines are compromised
much more often than one might imagine.  We tend to only hear about
the ones who get caught because they are too greedy or stupid.
