I'm running SuSE 9.1 Pro on my laptop, and I've been having some problems with KDE crashing. I'll be in the middle of something (the two most recent offenders are OpenOffice writer and Firefox) and KDE/X will just quit and kick me out to the KDM login page. When Firefox is the offender, when I log back in I have to kill 2 or 3 processes in ps -x before firefox will start again. Also, about once per day I'll be using firefox and it will just freeze and I'll have to kill-9 it. Has anyone had troubles like this? I'm not the best at diagnostics in Linux, but any suggestions would be welcome. -- Alex Esplin
