I've used XFS on pretty much every Linux system I've had for the last several years. I had some problems with an early ext3 release that ended up losing a large amount of data, so I switched to XFS and I've been using it ever since. In my experience, it's been faster and more reliable than ext3 ever was. Note, though, that I haven't tried Reiser or JFS, so I can't really give you any comparison there. - Gary ===== PGP Key ID: 071B173D Fingerprint: ED30 B048 6833 56B4 28C0 CE52 F12B 884A 071B 173D -------------------- BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ The opinions expressed in this message are the responsibility of their author.
