Hey now, I didn't say that I preferred top posting! ;-) All I said was that I disliked bottom posting. Trimming and inserting the reply in context with the replied-to text is, IMNSHO, the "correct" way to do it. The gmail method does seem to make the point moot, however. I can't wait until PINE gets that feature!
