Some of you may have noticed that poll on the UUG site was was slammed
by candidates, or their minions, using bots to vote. Only one candidate
bothered to include a rate limit to prevent DOSing the server. That
candidate? Derek "goozbach" Carter.

The delay was originally 15 seconds. When it became obvious that other
candidates were being less restrained, the delay was reduced to 5
seconds. When it became obvious that it was impossible to artificially
inflate the count without attacking the server, the bot was stopped. How
do I know? I wrote the script.

And so, my fellow Americans (and international student studying at BYU),
let me conclude by saying: vote goozbach! He's not evil.
