Hello all,

I just installed Ubuntu 4.10 on my HP laptop with Centrino integrated
wireless. When I boot into Ubuntu and it's going through the hotplug
startup, I get 3 error messages. One is something like "piechp" or
something like that, I'll try writing it down next time. One is
telling me that hw_random cannot be started because there is no such
device, and the other one is an error with ipw2200. My wireless
works, even though it throws the error, but it takes a lot of time
going through the ipw2200 startup error log dump and I want to have
it boot a little more quickly. In Suse 9.1, I could blacklist
hw_random and it wouldn't even try to hotplug it, can I do the same in
Ubuntu? Thanks.
