Seems like that memory would be fine. Barring anything is plugged in incorrectly, I'd say you have some bad hardware. Try different memory, try a different video card.. If you have another processor, try it. You shouldn't have a hard drive plugged in, a mouse, a floppy drive, or any other cards but a video card. Good luck.
