I think I favor emilda, with phpMyLibrary as a close second. However,
at best these would likely be a real pain to integrate completely (at
least using geeklog). If we just want to cross-reference user data to
the same place, or duplicate the user data for the library script from
geeklog's database, that might be more do-able (for these scripts at least).
As a word of warning, there are other CMS's that are much easier to
customize (theme, skin, make plugins for, etc) than geeklog. My
personal recommendation would be Wordpress.
If you didn't guess, I'm pretty interested in this project :D
