Here's the output from my machine:
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:0D:60:E1:D2:70
          inet addr:10.0.15.4  Bcast:10.0.15.7  Mask:255.255.255.248
          inet6 addr: fe80::20d:60ff:fee1:d270/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:13252 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:12899 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:4626565 (4.4 MiB)  TX bytes:1983943 (1.8 MiB)

On the first line it says HWaddr. That's the MAC address.
