That makes two of us, and it's not just the web. And it's not just computers outside BYU. At times when I try to access BYU web sites or ssh / remote desktop to computers in the ESC, it can't find them the first time around, and occasionally cannot find them at all. But if there is another computer I can get to on campus, it can find them just fine. I end up having to ping the computer until in finally makes the connection, which can take anywere from a few seconds to several minutes.
