Hey all,

Is there anyone around that knows a lot about modifying file behavior in
a directory? Specifically, I have two things I'm trying to do:

- - In a specific directory, make the default group ownership the group
owning the directory (fairly easy with the setgid bit on the dir)

- - In that same directory, override the default umask for file creation -
I've been told this can be done with ACLs, but I'm having real trouble
figuring out how to apply this without messing up the ability to create
or delete files by anyone but the directory owner (or root, of course).
I think I'm just missing some ACL that I need to add to restore that
functionality, but could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Lloyd Brown
