I need to run a pearl script from a former graduate student's work. I do not know how to use pearl or their scripts. Any information would be helpful. I did google this for a while and couldn't find any information on how to use the script. I am very unfamiliar with basic usage of the script. Do I need to load it somehow? If so, how?
