The UUG is officially sponsored by the CS Department.  Not only that,
the club leadership has tended to get along well with department
administrators.  I bet the CS Department would be happy to host backups
for the UUG.  Moreover, I wouldn't be surprised if you could get the
club site hosted on department servers.  We are an official department
club, after all.  Phantom was set up back in the day when we didn't have
any support from the CS Department.
