I don't think a "I'm a Mac, I'm a PC, I'm Linux" type of routine would work. First, it's not original, and even though they are still funny, Apple has sure used them to death. They're now cliche. Second, people already think Linux is just a knock-off, whether it be of Windows, Mac, Unix. We can't shake that image by making a knock-off of that other commercial. What we really need is something innovative that reflects what Linux really is. The campaign has changed name from "I'm Linux" to "We're Linux" since we are (supposed to be) a community.
