Ahem, that's "DID" http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/DID+Service+Providers There's a local company whose name I've forgotten that offers local Utah DID numbers that they will terminate at your asterisk server for a pretty good price. But for me google Voice provides the number and eliminates most of the need.
