I gave a bunch of those connectors to Bob Walkup of A Byte-Better Computers a
few years ago. He might still have some. If I remember right, they go from
that connector you have to two VGA ends. I don't know what he will charge for
them. Below is the shop's contact info. Bob is the owner.
