Does anyone know how to use animation in GIS I am working on SPU a project that
will join MAXIMO data to GIS data and I would like to have specific data show
up at a specific Time. For example I would like to visually see pipelines that
need maintenance at a certain time appear at or before the maintenance in a
specific color.
