Hi All, I just installed ArcGIS 9.3 on a Windows XP Professional 64 bit machine. When I try to open the software I get the next message: "FLEXNET Licensing error: -96,7 System error: 11004 WinSock: Valid name, but no record (NO ADDRESS)". Can somebody help me with that? Thanks in advance
